How to configure DNS-server

Please suggest any solution of the following tasks:

In a situation when users try to access to nonexistent pages, it is necessary that such requests from the user forward to a special server, which indicate that the user made a mistake when entering a URL and the user should enter the correct URL.

The first thing that comes to mind - use functional of DNS-server as follows: DNS-server instead of sending a response with the field "NXDOMAIN" to user, will send a response with a some IP address of the host on which to deploy a message-page with information about "you enter a nonexistent URL".

The only question is how all this?
Also ready to any possible solutions to this issue.

That's called "breaking DNS"; companies like OpenDNS have made a business model out of it.
