I try to download it, what is Bitorrent?
How to use it?

There are so many files, which one to download and burn into CD ?

Bitorrent is a new (well new in terms of popularity) p2p format. p2p meaning things like napster and emule. I would advise you to ignore it until you understand it and download it the usual way instead. If you wish to learn more about bitorrent try googling 'bitorrent'

I'm a n00bie but it's easy to see the files you need for the *beta* of Mandrake 10.0 are
