vnc no clipboard copy; vncconfig not found

I'm using RealVNC 4.1 to connect from Windows XP to Fedora 9. (So I see the Fedora programs on my Windows display).
Clipboard copy usually does not work. (sometimes it does).
Searching the web, RealVNC says
"you must run vncconfig for clipboard copy to work".
But I can't find vncconfig on my Fedora or my Windows computers. On Fedora I get
bash: "vncconfig: command not found".

Any help?

This program must be run under your virtual X server, and I suppose it will not work on real X server, which (as I understand) you are using. Please write which program you run as your vnc server.
