Sawfish Menu

How can I:

1. Make those trasparent terminals on sawfish
2. Edit the menu to have something worth while in it?

Is there simply a menu file like for fluxbox?

Thanks for posting that. My first probe into spelunking for it brought me here. Also; I just started using sawfish and have noticed that a program I run under wine seems to work much better than on other WMs.On other WMs it flickers everytime I restore, maximize or change to the desktop it's on. On sawfish, it works fine.
