Repeated messages to install ubuntu base on fully updated 20.04 desktop system. Why?

Just curious - is it normal after doing an apt-get update then upgrade to repeatedly receive messages telling me to install Ubuntu base on my Ubuntu 20.04 desktop computer?

Reading about what Ubuntu base is makes me wonder why do I need it on an operating system?

Can you post the EXACT message? I'm guessing it's probably a message about needing to update the enablement since upgrade instead of apt full-upgrade doesn't install newer kernels.

Also, where are you seeing those messages? Terminal? Notification? Something else?

If terminal, please post command & full output.
