Question Mira casting desktop to tv/monitor with Kubuntu?

Hi … best wishes for the new year.

Is it possible to successfully miracast one’s KDE/Kubuntu desktop to a smart tv/monitor using a dongle such as “Anycast” (link below) … without lag?
I’m wanting to use Krita specifically via mirroring desktop.
My hdmi out no longer works, graphics card messed. Makes system constantly crash. So seeing if there’s any other way.

TIA
