Question how do get the sff_extract download to work in mira ie copy file from bin to user dir


[admin@ty10063-per ~]$ cd Desktop
[admin@ty10063-per Desktop]$ ls
chevreux_thesis_MIRA.pdf
flower
HKI_B_TCMID15_080410.fasta
HKI_B_TCMID15_080410.qual

sff_extract

[admin@ty10063-per mira_3.2.0_prod_linux-gnu_i686_32_static]$ chmod 755 sff_extract;./sff_extract
chmod: cannot access `sff_extract': No such file or directory
bash: ./sff_extract: No such file or directory
WHY AM I GETTING THIS ERROR AT THE END.

Unless I'm missing something, as I read the above, sff_extract is in your ~/Desktop directory and your are executing the chmod command from the ~/mira_3.2.0_prod_linux-gnu_i686_32_static/ directory. sff_extract isn't there, thus the error message.
