How to change gnome-terminal command line from scrolling left to wrapping

How to prevent gnome-terminal to scroll the command line toward left, when the command line is longer then the width of the terminal ? I do prefer to have the wrap-around functionality.

system: UBUNTU Gutsy 7.10

Found a solution by pure accident. on Dec 1st 2009
SOLUTION:
make 'tcsh' your default SHELL

Regards

Igor
