full session window for linux servers

Hello,
I am using hummingbird 10 software with exceed broadcast feature/exceed query feature.
Somehow i cannot see any Linux servers through those features .
Is there anyway to add linux servers to those features ?
Also is there anyway to receive full session window for linux servers ?
