Fluxbox problem windows movement too slow and laggy

Hello i've got ATI 4850 Sapphire and i chose Fluxbox for my GUI.The problem is that when i move a window it lags a lot and moves too slowly.
It's strange that i don't have the same problem with other GUIs.I installed Catalyst 8.12, things are better but problem remains.Any suggestion?
