failed to get lock for daemon message

Hi,

Anyone here knows how I would resolve this issue. Problem taken from log messages. I could not use xserver b'coz of this errors:

Nov 6 13:49:24 localhost gconfd (rtampus-2850): starting (version 2.18.0.1), pid 2850 user 'rtampus'
Nov 6 13:49:25 localhost gconfd (rtampus-2850): Failed to open /tmp/gconfd-rtampus: Permission denied
Nov 6 13:49:25 localhost gconfd (rtampus-2850): Failed to get lock for daemon, exiting: Directory /tmp/gconfd-rtampus has a problem, gconfd can't use it

I use LDAP authentication for this user and client is Fedora 7

Thanks in advanced.
