Debian Bullseye lost ability for Evolution (only) to print on network printer

Recent software update to Debian "Bullseye" caused Evolution only to no longer print on either network printer.
Returns error message "The printer replied "Printer not found"."
Printers are Canon MX922 and iX6820 on local network. CUPS finds both printers for LibreOffice, including 11x17 .odg drawings; GIMP, including .xcf and .jpg 8.5x11 and 11x17; Firefox; and DIA.
Cannot figure out what happened.

Evolution does not directly access the printer; a quick drive down its dependencies would suggest that GTK3 (the package) optionally depends on libcups for printer dialogs.
Can you do more tests to prove that Evolution really is the only program not recognizing your printer anymore?
