hello LQ'ers,
im using Ubuntu 9.04 i686, im having problems with my CUPS system, it gives me this error:

im not sure exactly what it means, but this is what i get when i look at /var/log/syslog:

Oct 28 15:12:57 minion cupsd: Unable to read configuration file '/etc/cups/cupsd.conf' - exiting!
any one got any ideas? all the how toos say just install cups, cups-pdf, and it'll work like magic, but one that i found said i had to edit /etc/cups/cupsd.conf, and edit a setting called RunAsUser, and that option wasnt in the config file.
thats all i know so far about my perdiciment, if anyone has any directions to point me, point away.
