Chrome: Save as Webpage, Single File

when saving in Chrome: Save as Webpage, Single File, a file looking similar to an email is stored. Nevertheless, I can't open it in Chrome without getting garbled text.

Maybe you'd prefer Firefox then, because it definitely works there.

Chrome is closed source so no knowing what's happening there.
