What do you mean "wrap a PHP program in a web page?"
You're aware, of course, that PHP programs are interpreted over on the server, and the resulting HTML is interpreted locally, on the client's browser. This means there's no such thing as executing a PHP program stored on the server as PHP program over on the client's PC (if, in fact, that's what you're suggesting).
Please clarify exactly what it is you're trying to do (please state the "requirements").
By looking at http://www.dolibarr.org/ it would seem that "Dolibarr" is a piece of opensource software written in PHP [think of things such as FOSS CMS, FOSS BBS, FOSS "wikis" etc.]. Having said that, have you checked the documentation provided on dolibarr.org? They provide installation steps, among others.
Ok i have installed dolibarr and I want to have it intact but I want my own menu on the side with related pages. So i figured that I will have one folder dolibarr and another one with my pages called www. When a person surfs to the site he should be directed to /www/index.php and surf under the www folder. But if I or some one in our organisation logs in I want the to be abel to go to the dolibarr pages in folder dolibarr throw a webpage in the folder www.
I want to keep the moduality. And I use php, apache and mysql. The database would be shered between the two folders. But I see no problems there. Probebly because my sql skills are a lot better then my html skills.
