alt+tab switching in KDE?

How do I configure alt+tab swithching between windows on a virtual desktop in KDE? It's supposed to be default but does not work.

it's in kde-control-center->regional settings->keyboard shortcuts. The first tab.
Translation may not be accurate since I have german kde.

Great thanks. That did it - raise/lower toggle was the thing to associate with alt+tab. Am puzzled what regional settings have to do with keybindings.
