EDIT: The CEH Exam Prep book from Que was fine and official CEH courseware (two books, lab manual, three CDs of hacker tools and one CD of Knoppix-STD) was fine, and my instructor Nathan Hand was fine, New Horizons was fine, etc... unfortunately dealing with EC-Council SUCKED ROTTEN EGGS! Paid two grand and took EC-Council's advice to train at an APTC, then when called prometric to schedule exam they told me I'd have to drive three hours to Nashville!
