Possibly the Best Linux Distro I have seen in awhile

To tell the truth Linspire is possibly in my top 5 Linux Distros for many reasons. I like the fact that you can dual boot it with XP. Also, Click N' Run takes out the complication out of installing an OS. I mean come on! 5 measly dollars a month for ease....That isn't bad at all. Also, you can get it for free

Easy Install, Speed, Good Looks (The best looking Linux I have seen), and compatibilaty.

codester - writing in a very small, grey font makes your post almost impossible to read - could you edit it to change the colour and font size please.

On the other hand - welcome to LQ

I don't agree with Codester. Lindows is not special because it can dual-boot with XP - most distros can dual-boot with XP using LILO or GRUB, and many have them built into the installation process (SuSE's looks particularly cool)

well...i don't agree either,
that " measly 5 $ a month " is 60$ a year, even where i live, this is not called "measly " .
and all that for programs that are free for anyone, when using another distro.

and the " great looks " .....that's just the KDE-desktop with a " L " where there should be a "K"
in fact my KDE looks far better ( without the green button in every menu )

and what do you mean with " compatability " ? . ( more compatible than other distro's ? or compatible with....? )

it's also in my top 5 distro's, but in i only know 5
( just my opinion )

Even windows 95 can dual boot with XP, every linux distro can, please don't think that's somehow an advantage of linspire.
