Package Installation Programs

Hey all!
I'm totally new to Linux and I chose Libranet because it looked fairly simple to install/use... well now I'm finding out differently. I'm able to get through the setup pretty much without a hitch until I get to the graphical application installer. Every time I click to install the packages, no matter what combinations I choose, I get a long set of errors telling me to try something but it scrolls by too fast for me to even read. If anybody else has ever had this problem can they please help me? Thanks in advance,
Zack

I finally had time to read what it was saying when the errors flew by... I had dependency errors, but I dont understand how I could have them when i tried installing every single piece of software on the cd.

Za--you're probably aware that Libranet has its own fora.

While LQ is quite advanced, when it comes to Libranet questions the Libranet Forum is quite good, will put you on the Libranet and Debian way of doing things and in my experience, is likely to save you a lot of time.
