Meaning that you need it to run both on Windows and Linux, or one which both Windows and Linux can connect to?
Answering both questions, though: apparently SurgeFTP will run on both (I know nothing more than what the google search told me about it ); and any ftpserver can be connected to by any client, regardless of the client's platform.
I am looking for one that will run on both Windows or Linux. For example, xmail is a mail server that will run on either Windows or Linux. Also, it needs to be free. Thanks.
