Question Windows Laptop Battery problem..

I just got a new sony FS notebook and there seems to be a problem... The battery hits 100% and windows says that it is still charging.. I have had previous laptops that did not do this. Does anyone know what I should do or if this is normal?

Screenshot

Thanks in advance.

Your screenshot link doesn't work. Did you condition the battery as per the instructions? Normally it's charge it, click the relevant option in the BIOS and let it power down to empty a few times.

Oh well.. I purchased insurance, so when the battery explodes, I'm covered.
