Where can I get some cheap but quality amplifiers for my two 35 W speakers?

Hi, I have two 35 Watt speakers I want to connect to my sound card. I'll of course need an amplifier to do that. I had one, but now it's busted . Can someone suggest where I can get quality amplifiers for this purpose? I'm on a tight budget, so anything under, lets say, 100 EUR (+/- 110 USD) is acceptable. I'm even willing to build the amplifier my self if that's cheaper.

Last time I checked, there was Richer Sounds shop in Amsterdam. They sell good hi-fi at low prices. Nad amplifiers are particularly good value; I'm sure you could pick one up for 100EUR or less.
