I am starting to like PekWM + tint2

The problem is that every time I open an app on the first desktop it wants to go inside this particular Firefox window as a tab instead of opening in its own...

Be careful. You might disappear down the Infundibulum of Time and emerge after many aeons, and you will be still messing around with your configuration. I been there.
