FIXED!

DPI was the culprit. Changed that to 96 and it's all gravy. {I had to say that ;))

The newest VirtualBox is massively buggy...So much i downgraded to v3.1.
In the newest version, the media changing broke, the guest additions would not install and it would sometimes hang at startup.

VBox newer versions are always buggy. I always use a older one, since usually no new features are added anyway.
