Testing...
Revived my old desktop by "maxing-out" the RAM to 2 GB (from 512 MB), and installing Slack 13.37, (this is 'til I fix the fan & DVD drive on my relatively new desktop).

Testing for real this time…I forgot to do the actual update on my lappy (my desktop has 6.0.2, and I was thinking I had done the same for the lappy ).

Okay, I still have my Arch icon…<phew>

Testing one more time after modifying my shortcut to use the command that worked in my last post ^.

For the record, I modified my Google Chrome shortcut to run this command, and it got mine working.

google-chrome --user-agent="Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Debian Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/535.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/13.0.782.220 Safari/535.1"
