Edit: For those interested about Konqueror; the distro name and version is at the end of the configuration line.

I added these two lines to the end of $HOME/.kde/share/config/kio_httprc
file.

[www.linuxquestions.org]
UserAgent=Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.2; Linux) KHTML/4.2.4 (like Gecko) Slackware/13.0
