Suse student discount

I am not really sure where this thread should go as there isn't a suse section on LQ.

I know suse 9.1 is comming out in a few weeks, and I remember that they were going to sell 9.1 professional for a student discount of $50. I want to know if I could go into say bestbuy and be able to show my student ID and then I could get the discount? On there site they list one US reseller of the student version, and I would much rather just be able to either buy it from a store or a better known place online.

Non-Technical questions go in General. And I don't think Best Buy recognizes student discounts. It has to actually be the student version, usually stated on the retail box when purchasing, etc. I would say you may want to contact Suse for more details.
