PCI/AGP Bus Speed Display?

Anyone know of a utility that will tell me what my PCI/AGP busses are running at? I am keen to know, as I have managed to fool/force my Gigabyte GA-7VAXP to run 200Mhz FSB and I am not convinced the PCI bus is running within spec...

Thanks.
