I thought it might be, because there was "something" with a female username in a thread a while ago (can't remember exact details) that had posts made up of strung-together sentences from other posts.
You thought s/he was a bot.
I told you the OP told me s/he is not.
Regardless you felt the need to clarify your previous post.
So what purpose does that serve except pollute the thread more?
Understand these comments were pruned to preserve 0-reply status of the original thread.
The OP kind of proved authenticity of the original thread's purpose so I approved it.
Therefore it is highly unlikely this thread or its discussion are of any concern to you.
I was explaining why I thought s/he was a bot. I'm not a mind-reader, so I wasn't aware that s/he had been in contact with you. OK? Finished polluting, now.

I am not a bot, however my name is Ashley male/femal gnu/linux ashley/ashlegh.
Bot's tell the truth, but I don't want to invent that anymore.

One question..
Why does rms in the movie revolutions jest at passwords, yet we still use them in gnu/bsd/linux/etc...???

I still have no idea what you're on about (or indeed what your thread "Paying it forward" was about) :/.

Welcome back.
I was drawn to the title of this thread because I, personally beleiev so it is merely my opinion, that the concept of paying it foward is a good thing. I even have it in my signature in another forum I am a member of.
Well, since you revived this necrotic monster and claim to understand the thread title, perhaps you'd tell us exactly what 'paying it forward' means???

I never revived it.
"Paying it forward" means paying people back who helped you by helping someone else, not the original person who helped you, in return. It is a very old concept and there was a movie about it also.
