online class register solution

Does anyone know of an online solution that would take care of recording learners' presence?

A teacher logs in, chooses their class and marks the learners presence. There should be also some reporting features that would produce reports (and export them in an csv format).

Does anything like that exist?

Thank you.

You might take a look at Moodle. It's likely more than you need, as it's a complete on-line curriculum and on-line instructional package, but it might be a good starting point.

Here's another link that describes various teaching and learning software aids. (Search string: "teacher register software linux"--my mother was a teacher and keeping the "teacher's register" to the satisfaction of management was her single biggest administrative headache).

Thank you. I used Moodle in the past. There are some interesting things which I wasn't aware of in the link you provided. Thank you.

Thank you. I might consider doing it. For now, I'm playing with one of the solutions provided in the link above.
