Need modem driver

I need a WinXP driver for a USROBOTICS Model 0613. I would like to get it without having to register somewhere if possible.

Thanks!

That sucks. There is another modem I have that I'm not even sure who the manufacturer is, but the model number is "SF-1156IV/R9A". I am trying to get one of my modems working for a friend who is not blessed with the passion for Linux.
