Microsoft accused of Windows 10 upgrade 'nasty trick'

Microsoft has faced criticism for changing the pop-up box encouraging Windows users to upgrade to Windows 10.

Clicking the cross in the top-right hand corner of the pop-up box now agrees to a scheduled upgrade rather than rejecting it.

This has caused confusion as clicking the cross typically closes a pop-up notification.

Not to mention if you've upgraded "free" (as in freedumb) to 10 from 8.1 down but it crashes? Ain't free no more! (It is not called progress, capitalism.)

Yes, it is free to reinstall Win10 once upgraded to it. It won't take cd-keys upon install, but once it goes online after install, it'll show activated if the Win8.1 was genuine.

I hate Windows, but don't spread untrue FUD about it.

My bad, only not really (just like if M$ changes their "mind$!" ) I will never run "non-free" after this laptop and my Pi!
