Is there a user group for fuel cell interfaces? I'd hate to see Windows CE take over
My son and I are currently working with a company that manufactures small fuel cells. They have a marketable product. It will supply 40hrs of power for two gallons of salt water.
I figured that since Linux is free (I use SUSE 9.1 - not really free) and salt water is free between the bunch of us maybe we could get this to market, save the world etc, etc.
Anyway. I thought it might be a neat idea to shove Ontario Hydro's policy's somewhere interesting as Fuel Cell Technology Inc. just shot themselves in the foot by announcing 20 KW for 1.87 Million Dollars. Nice that it lasts 20 years. Who has 2 Mil? I don't.
A GNU license for a fuel cell sounds cool. If you guys think this is inappropriate fodder for this forum don't hesitate to let me know. If on the other hand we should move this to another forum due to overwhelming interest I'd be more than happy to pick up the reins. Yet again (grammar notwithstanding) if you feel I should *bleep* myself for suggesting a potential linux sideline VS the various governmental organizations using something they don't really have a clue about. Well - This could be the mother of all forums!! :-) Go Nuts!!!!!
