Have been doing alot of emailing and Googling since my last post. Result: I found one independent website devoted to resolving Amazon disputes, and a number of law firms who have filed successful lawsuits against Amazon, but no class action suits that I could find, and could find no law firm willing to represent me, as there wasn't enough money at stake. Meanwhile, I also kept trying to communicate with Amazon and Kindle directly and, whether it was my dogged persistence or the mere mention of seeking legal assistance, Kindle has finally agreed to pull my books from publication.

If someone else might be facing a similar confrontation with Amazon / Kindle, and stumbles across this LQ thread, feel free to reply here or send me a private LQ note and I'll be happy to fill in as many details as you desire. Otherwise, consider this thread [Solved].

The general email for initial questions:
hello@egrowthpartners.com

It was this site that referred me to a couple law firms (what I was seeking in starting this thread):
jbreloski@ATLawip.com
casey@vaughnlaw.com
But, as noted above, neither were interested as there wasn't much money at stake.

Now could you please remove those email addresses again? Not sure their owners would be too happy about it.
Thanks again.
