help on suing quanta

i want to use quanta for php coding
i have a local webserver running on my machine i am the root but i am not able to understand what all config fow a quanta webproj should i use
ahow can i test the codein quanta
please helpme

I don't *think* you can use quanta for that, other than PHP entry of course. I use quanta for HTML but those few times I have tried it with PHP it did nothing for me that I couldn't get with another editor.

Personally, I like kate for PHP. I run apache on my workstation, so I just save off the php script and promptly invoke it with a webbrowser to see what I have.

I just loaded it and looked; Quanta looks just like kate for PHP.
