You have shared the thread throughout LQ via the search engine, similar threads & tags facilities. Thread topic drifted into a Microsoft support topic thus the move to <General>.

All I can say is, when I googled flash bios rom using linux I got lots and lots of hits ...

Use something like universal extractor to get the bios file out of the executable.
