Data/Map Plotting

Hi. I am dealing with address that come in everyday (70 a day) that need to be divided equally among 4 sales staff to visit the addresses. Right now we're are manually splitting it up between ourselves, however, is there an application out there (even for windoze) that I could input the addresses, and then have the computer decide the most efficient addresses for each person to visit since everyone needs to cover a lot of ground. Any ideas?
I currently have this usb gps program (streets and trips) from Micro$oft that tells me addresses etc. but it doesn't do this!! Thanks for any input or any suggestions.
