Good program for plotting points on a map?

I don't need anything too sophisticated, just something that can take a series of locations (preferably something that can take both street addresses and lat/lon) and mark those locations on a map. If it matters, all of the places I need to plot are located in the US and southern Canada.

Any suggestions?
