Question Problems selecting monitor configuration

Im upgrading RH9 with Fedora 2 on a Compaq Evo N1015v laptop, when the installation gets to monitor configuration, im unable to make any selection. When I installed RH9 I was able to select "Generic LCD Display", which worked fine. I have to select "Unprobed Monitor" with Fedora, when the install is complete the laptop boots with such a large screen resolution, that its impossible to read the large text or login.
Please help!

This problem had nothing to do with the monitor selection (I wasnt selecting the correct area of the menu- duh! - should stay away from pcs when hungover), Fedora just didn't seem to update RH 9 correctly. Did a fresh install without any problem.
