My server is Supermicro 6025B-3R/3 (see
http://www.supermicro.com/). They have Adaptec RAID controller (Adaptec AIC-9410 Serial-Attached SCSI (SAS) Controller) on their previous series and it's compatible with common free distro like Fedora. So I called my server vendor here in my country and purchase Adaptec's. After replace the RAID controller, I set the RAID array from the controller BIOS. I'm using RAID 1, then reboot to Fedora installation DVD and follow the instructions. The installation ran seamlessly.
I don't have any other drives (SATA), only SAS, but it has the SATA slots actually.
