wine fedora emulator

I opened KPackageKit in my new Fedora system. I want to get wine. The description says "A Windows 16/32/64 bit emulator". But wine stands for Wine Is Not an Emulator. So who is right?

Technically it is not an emulator, but it does everything an emulator does. So it is easier to just call it an emulator than to explain the difference. Besides everytime someone calls it an emulator, the wine guys twitch, which is kind of fun to watch.

lol, okay. It just seemed kind of odd to me since its name says "not an emulator".
