Question Where can I find the wish executable for fedora core 2

Hi,
I am running fedora core 2. I have some software that requires the wish interpreter to run. I do not have the wish interpreter on my system. (find / -name wish; returned no results) The only rpm I can find for this is wish-linux-2.4.20-8-1.6.8-0.i386.rpm which is a bit older than my kernel (2.6.5-1.358). I read that I have to install the development packages to wish/tcl/tk but I have most of these anyway and cannot see wish on my cds. Does anyone know how I can get wish running on my system?
Much obliged for your help.
