Howdy..
I have a (basically) stock Fedora Core 2 Test 1 machine that I'd like to upate to Test 3 level. Is it literally as easy as updating yum.conf to point to a Test 3 distro and then running "yum update"?
I've run "yum check-update" and saw the hundreds of packages I would have expected, but I would like to hear from anyone with experience on this first.
Would I be safer downloading the test 3 distro and updating off CD, or is the YUM approach fine given a decent connection?
Thanks!
