Sitting in Nautilus screen without menu bar

I just installed Fedora 16 onto a SSD drive, and each time I boot it, it just sits at the blue Nautilus screen, without any menu bar or icon. I can't proceed any further without that menu. What key sequence do I use to get the menu bar or icon? The mouse & keybd seems very flaky too, especially during installation, but I'm not sure if it's because this OS is meant for touch screen devices.

try switch to another tty or console by use ctrl + alt + F1-6 to restart your gui process.
I think this problem caused by you new and unknown graphical devices. try install proper driver from other console if you can provide any online or offline repository.
