NO Space in the Fedora 3 partition

Hey Everyone,
I just upgraded to Fedora Core 3 and I have 0 space left in my partition. I know Ive asked this before but Im still not very clear on how to do this. I am going to shrink my windows partition by 20 gigs and then what? Unmount my Fedora partition and somehow resize it? Can anyone post a quick walkthrough of how to do this or point me to one? Thanks
