blowed my secound drive in the desert looks like..

fstab
/dev/hdc1 /home yadaa yaddaa.

booting up fedora.. and then it stops and say there is a problem to mount hdc1
then console comes where i type in root pass.

but then im at the end what i make there ?
tryed to remove the drive from fstab but it dont work, fstab is readonly.

/dev/hdc is the secondary master...

/dev/hda = primary master
/dev/hdb = primary slave
/dev/hdc = secondary master
/dev/hdd = secondary slave

yep.. but that dosent help me in the root console..

got in fstab the drive hdc1 mounted but I got erros in superblocks.
So Fed dosent boot up anymore.

the problem is how i remove the entry so i can boot up

with hec1 unmounted try this, no guarenttes it would work though.

first as root run:

e2fsck /dev/hdc1

second:

resize2fs /dev/hdc1

this should not hurt anything as it should tell Linux the new disk size and file system, just in case that info got borked...
