kdmgreet crashing on FC5
Hi guys
I recently moved from FC4 to 5, with a clean install. All was fine until I updated all my packages via yum as I have always done since FC1. On booting into the new kernel I cant even get to the login screen, just keep getting an error that kdmgreet is crashing. Switch to one of the non graphical terminals and I can start X and go into Gnome. However if I try to launch any KDE apps they crash.
So I thought maybe the newer kdebase files were a bit dodgy so removed it and then reinstalled the original from the DVD, but still the same issue. I've now removed it and am running fine with Gnome, but can't use any KDE based apps such as K3b.
Any ideas what's gone wrong, I'd rather not have to do another clean install, otherwise I might as well be on Windoze !!!
I've pasted output of my kdm.log file below, cheers
