Issue with Onboard and other virtual keyboards

HW: Dell 9250 (touchscreen 4k, Intel x86_64, RAM 8GB)
OS: Fedora 35
I installed Onboard and some alternative virtual keyboards on Fedora 35 but none of them is working.
All keyboards are displayed but key press do nothing.
Can someone help?

Touchscreen works fine under Linux and Windows.

Currently I can use the embedded virtual keyboard but it has some limitations. It can't move, resize, change layout and miss some special keys (ctrl, tab, arrows, etc.).
