Multiple monitors and keyboards and mice, OH MY!

I just installed a second video card in my SuSe 9.2 Professional desktop computer. I now have two seperate screens. (Running kde 3.3.3) I a bar at the bottom for both monitors because I chose the option to have seperate desktops for each monitor. Is it possible to have a second mouse and second keyboard and assign the second keyboard to the second screen? (Effectivily having two machines running) Currently as I move the mouse it jumps between the desktops.

Question any luck?

Have you had any luck in doing this? I would be interested in this as well to save the cost of having to buy a second computer.
