Installing Windows XP after Fedora Core 2

I need to know if there is some way to install winblows after fedora core 2. I know windows xp will try to overwrite the MBR when i'm installing it and will get rid of grub. What i'm saying is there anyway to either keep grub on their or restore grub from windows or a boot cd.

I believe you can install XP and then go use your Rescue mode off the disc and reinstall grub. Grub-install is it?
